| Objectives: |
Validation of the developed techniques in ring-trial including all the partners. |
| Description of work / tasks: |
Experimentation of the technology in different European laboratories to validate it and compare the biochip technology with the real-time qPCR at least for the quantification of GMO by their edge fragments. |
| Deliverables: | 6. Validation of the detection technique. |
| Milestones and criteria: | 7. Experiment the test to see its fiability, sensitivity and specificity, repetability, reproducibility, variability, and robustness and compare its advantages and disadvantages with the use of the real-time PCR with the Light-Cycler and ABI Prism™ 7700 SDS. |
| Interrelation with other workpackages: | Final step of the project to validate the technique and submit it to CEN for standardisation at the European level. |
