* Test, improve, evaluate, and recommend technologies and tools for traceability of food items in general. Some simple generic data recording and integration tools will be developed, but most tests and evaluations will be of existing technologies and tools.
* Establish generic principles for "Good traceability practice" in the food industry.
* Establish generic "request and response" schemes (XML messages) for standardised electronic transmission of traceability parameters. |
